Payment & Gratuity
Credit and debit payments are accepted. Gratuity is very much appreciated and cash preferred. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold an appointment.

Client Satisfaction
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please let me know within one week of your service to receive a complimentary correction.

Cancellations
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. In the event that you you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you give 24 hours’ notice. If 24 hours' notice is not given OR the appointment cannot be filled by the same or greater service, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

Late
Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Due to scheduling, I may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
